Procida 21/08/2014

Procida in a day, what to see | Procida cosa vedere in un giorno

Procida is one of the islands of my Campania, the island less popular and a bit snubbed and therefore the quietest and perfect to enjoy it in peace. Procida is very small so you can visit all in one day just as we did Ernesto and Ion 18/08/2014.

We arrived at about 11 o’ clock in Procida and since the ship I took the first pictures of the port, of lovely colorful homes and of Marina Grande the beach near the port.

Procida is the island where was shot the film Il Postino with Massimo Troisi and so the firtst stop was Marina Corricella with its  square called Massimo Troisi; then we have continued to Terra Murata where the steep climb under the sun is rewarded with amazing views of the island and here in the church there is a very nice crib.

Then we’ve moved across the island to go to Marina Chiaiolella where we have taken a bath in the sea and in fact in the photos near the beach you can see my bikini under the tee that I worn in the toilette (XD) and in subsequent photos you see my loose hair

Last stop Pozzo Vecchio beach, called also Il Postino beach, a small beach characterized by being located below the cemetery.

To finish a big ice cream for us and return to Naples.

In the morning we took a long walk on the boardwalk and arrived at the Villa Comunale took the opportunity for a lunch break; it’s very beautiful to walk […]

And […]
